As QROpen continues to grow, we’re looking for a driven, people-focused Business Development Associate to help us expand our presence in the short-term rental and hospitality market. If you enjoy connecting with partners, spotting opportunities, and helping innovative products find their users, this role is for you.

About QROpen
QROpen is a smart access platform that enables Airbnb hosts, vacation rental owners, and hospitality operators to securely monetize amenities using QR code technology. Guests simply scan, pay, and unlock—giving property owners a seamless way to generate new revenue from premium facilities like gyms, saunas, game consoles, and more.
Role: Business Development Associate
Type: Part-time
Compensation: Commission-based (high earning potential)
Location: Remote / Canada
What You’ll Do
Identify and connect with Airbnb hosts, vacation rental managers, boutique hotels, and property owners
Introduce QROpen’s value proposition and guide partners through a simple onboarding process
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and strategic partners
Assist in securing LOIs and enrolling trial customers
Represent QROpen professionally in communications, meetings, and demos
Provide insights from the field to improve product-market fit and partnership strategy
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable with outreach (email, DM, phone, on-site visits if needed)
Self-driven, organized, and proactive—you enjoy talking to people
Experience in sales, real estate, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is an advantage
Familiarity with Airbnb or short-term rental operations is a plus (not required)
High level of professionalism and reliability
