As QROpen continues to expand its early-stage operations in Canada, we are excited to announce that we are hiring a Part-Time Sales Associate to support our business development and partner onboarding efforts.
QROpen is a Canadian hospitality technology startup helping Airbnb hosts, vacation rental owners, and hospitality operators monetize access to paid amenities such as gyms, saunas, game rooms, and shared facilities. Our platform allows guests to unlock access through QR codes and mobile payment, creating a new revenue stream while keeping operations simple for property owners.

About the Role
This Sales Associate role is designed to support QROpen during its trial and early commercialization phase. The position focuses on outreach, relationship building, and assisting with onboarding early partners across Canada. The role is part-time and commission-based, offering flexibility while directly contributing to company growth.
Working closely with the founding team, the Sales Associate will help introduce QROpen to Airbnb hosts and vacation rental owners, explain the platform’s value, and support trial customer onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
The Sales Associate will:
Reach out to Airbnb hosts, vacation rental owners, and hospitality operators across Canada
Present QROpen’s solution and explain how paid amenity access can generate additional revenue
Support onboarding of trial partners and coordinate early usage
Track outreach activities and partner interest
Collect feedback from early customers and share insights with the QROpen team
Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone who:
Communicates clearly and confidently
Is comfortable with outreach, follow-ups, and relationship building
Has an interest in hospitality, short-term rentals, or technology startups
Can work independently in a flexible, part-time environment
Is legally eligible to work in Canada
Previous experience in sales, business development, or customer success is a plus but not required.
Compensation & Work Structure
This is a part-time, commission-based position, with compensation tied to successful partner onboarding and revenue generation. Payroll will be processed through QROpen’s Canadian accounting and CRA-compliant payroll system.
