QROpenTech Inc. ("QROpen", "we") operates a pay-per-use unlock platform for property amenities. This is a short-form notice — a more detailed policy will follow as our product surface expands.

What we collect. For guests: payment details processed by Stripe (we never see card numbers), the transaction amount, and the device unlocked. For hosts: name, email, business details, and Stripe Connect account metadata. For prospects who fill out the onboarding form: the contact details you submit.

Where it lives. Our database is hosted in the Supabase Canadian region (Montreal), aligned with PIPEDA. Payment processing is performed by Stripe under their own terms.

What we share. Nothing with third parties for advertising. We use Vercel for hosting, Supabase for data, Stripe for payments, and Resend for transactional email. No tracking pixels, no ad networks.

Your rights. Email hello@qropen.ca to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. We respond within 30 days.
