Terms

These are interim terms covering the QROpen platform. A more detailed master services agreement will replace this document as our customer base grows; existing hosts will be given 30 days' notice before any binding change.

Service.QROpen provides a hosted web platform that lets property operators ("hosts") accept guest payments and trigger physical devices in exchange. Hosts are responsible for their devices, their property, and their compliance with local law.

Fees. QROpen charges a flat 3% platform fee on each successful guest transaction. No subscription, no per-device fee, no minimum transaction volume. Hardware is purchased and owned by the host.

Payments.Guest payments are processed by Stripe under Stripe's terms. Payouts to hosts occur on Stripe's standard schedule. QROpen does not hold guest funds.

Liability.QROpen provides the platform "as is". We do our best to keep unlocks fast and reliable; we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from device failure, power loss, or network outage.

Termination.Either party can end the relationship on 30 days' written notice. Outstanding payouts will still settle.
