Sell pay-per-use unlock to the buildings you already serve.
You already have the relationships — property managers, short-term rental operators, gym and coworking owners. QROpen gives you a product to put in front of them: a QR sticker, a card reader they never have to buy, and revenue on every scan. You install and keep the account; we run the payments, the hardware adapters, and guest support.

How the program works
You own the relationship. We run the platform.
Three steps from application to your first paid scan.
- 01
Apply and get approved
Tell us who you serve and where. We reply within 48 hours, run a short call, and agree your territory and revenue share in writing. No franchise fee, no inventory purchase to get started.
- 02
Install at your accounts
Add the property, add the device, print the QR poster. A sauna, laundry room, or locker bank takes minutes — we support Shelly, Igloohome, and Seam hardware, or run it on your own controller.
- 03
Earn on every scan
Guests pay in a browser, per use. We reconcile your share against the transactions at your sites and pay it on the schedule in your agreement. You never invoice the building and never chase anyone for a monthly fee.
Who resells QROpen
If you already have keys to the building, you have the hard part.
The best partners aren't salespeople. They're the trades and operators the building already trusts.
Property managers
You already run the building. Turn the sauna, the laundry room, and the party room from a cost line into a revenue line, without adding front-desk hours.
Locksmiths & access installers
You are already on site cutting keys and swapping cylinders. Attach a pay-per-use layer to the smart locks you install and keep earning after the truck leaves.
Smart-home & AV integrators
Shelly, Igloohome, and Seam are already in your kit. QROpen is the billing layer your customers keep asking for and no controller vendor ships.
STR co-hosts & cleaning companies
You service dozens of short-term rentals. Offer hosts paid amenities — hot tub, EV charger, bike locker — as an upsell you install and manage.
Hospitality & laundry suppliers
You already sell the machines. Add the payment layer instead of leaving it to a coin box or a third-party card system that takes a cut of your account.
Consultants & regional distributors
You cover a region and want something recurring in the bag. Take a defined territory, bring your own accounts, and grow a book that pays every month.
Why partners sign
A recurring line of revenue on work you already do.

No franchise fee, no inventory to float
You don't buy a territory and you don't buy a pallet of hardware to qualify. Apply, get approved, install your first site. If it doesn't work for your book, you've spent an afternoon.
- 3%platform fee
A price your accounts say yes to
QROpen takes a flat 3% of each transaction — no monthly, no minimum, no per-device subscription. That's an easy conversation with a property manager who has been quoted a four-figure install.
- Everyscan, ongoing
Recurring, not one-and-done
Access-control jobs pay once. This pays every time a guest uses the sauna. Your share is calculated from the transactions at your sites and paid on the schedule in your agreement — you never invoice the building.
- 0guest tickets you field
We carry the platform, you carry the relationship
Payments, refunds, device adapters, uptime, and the guest who can't get in at 11pm are ours. You keep the account relationship you already have: the walkthrough, the install, and the check-in call.
The split
Who does what, before the first call.
You bring
- The accounts — buildings, hosts, or operators who already know you.
- The site visit: which amenity, which door, which controller.
- The physical install, or your usual sub-trade doing it.
- First-line contact with your account when they have a question.
Territory and revenue share are agreed in writing before your first install.
We bring
- The platform: QR generation, checkout, activation, receipts, refunds.
- Stripe Connect onboarding and automatic revenue splits at transaction time.
- Hardware adapters for Shelly, Igloohome, and Seam — and help with anything else.
- Printable posters, product one-pagers, and pricing you can quote from.
- A named contact at QROpen. Early partners work directly with the founder.
Platform fee is a flat 3% of each transaction — the same price your accounts see published.

FAQ
Plain answers for partners.
What does the revenue share actually look like?
It's a share of the QROpen platform fee on every transaction at the sites you bring, paid for as long as those sites stay active. We set the exact rate with you on the call — it depends on whether you're installing and supporting the sites yourself or referring them to us — and it goes in the written agreement before your first install. We'd rather quote you a real number for your situation than post an average here.
Do I have to buy hardware or stock?
No. There's no inventory commitment to join. Most installs run on a Shelly relay or an Igloohome/Seam-supported lock that you source through your existing channels — often something you already stock. If you'd rather we ship kit for a specific job, we'll quote it per order.
Is the territory exclusive?
Not by default. We'll agree a territory with you, and we protect the accounts you bring — an account you register is yours, and we won't sell around you into it. Full regional exclusivity is possible for partners committing to volume, and that's a conversation, not a form field.
Who bills the property — me or QROpen?
Nobody bills the property. Guests pay per use in the browser through Stripe, the host keeps their share, and QROpen takes the platform fee. We calculate your share from the transactions at your sites and pay it on the schedule in your agreement. There's no monthly invoice to chase and no subscription for your account to cancel.
How long does an install take?
For a single amenity — a sauna, a laundry room, a locker bank — it's typically under an hour on site once the controller is wired: create the property, add the device, print the poster, test a scan. The QROpen side of that is minutes. The wiring is whatever the wiring is.
What happens if a guest can't get in?
Guest support is ours, not yours. Failed activations are refunded and logged, and the transaction history shows exactly what the device did and when. You'll hear from us if it's a hardware fault at your site; you won't be the one fielding a scan-didn't-work text at 11pm.
Can I white-label it?
Partly. Your logo goes on the printed poster and your name is on the account. The checkout page stays QROpen-branded — that's what keeps the guest trust and the Stripe compliance story clean. Full white-label is not available today.
Can I resell the events product too?
Yes, and some partners are better suited to it — venue operators, AV rental companies, and community-space managers especially. Say so in the form and we'll cover both on the call.
