Looking for three GTA pilot events this summer

We're personally onboarding three GTA event organizers as our first cohort. Pop-up dinner, fitness studio, or community meet-up — if you've got an event in the next 60 days, we want to set it up with you.

We're opening QROpen for events with a small, hands-on first cohort. Three GTA-based organizers, three different event types, each set up personally on a video call with the QROpen team. We pay attention to what breaks, you get our undivided focus for your first event.

What we're looking for

  • Located in the GTA (Toronto, Mississauga, Hamilton, surrounding)
  • An actual event scheduled in the next 60 days — not a hypothetical
  • Currently collecting payment at the door via cash, e-transfer, or a tool that's giving you friction
  • Audience size 15–150 (small enough that we can pay attention, large enough that the math matters)
  • Willing to share honest feedback in a 30-minute call after your first event

What you get

  • 1:1 onboarding call with the QROpen team — we set up your first event with you
  • Printed QR poster shipped to your venue
  • Flat 3% platform fee, no surprises
  • Direct line to the team while you're a pilot, including help debugging anything weird at the door

Why a small cohort

Because shipping fast is easy; shipping the right thing is hard. We'd rather get three real events done right and learn what to build next than open a self-serve flow with rough edges. The organizer portal — event creation in the UI, ticket inventory, attendee dashboard — ships next quarter, informed by what the first cohort actually needs.
